Will my basket look exactly like the picture on the website?
While each Collection represents a particular aesthetic, your basket is a custom creation. We always use fruit at the peak of its season, and thus, the exact contents may vary. In addition, the ornaments used will also vary, depending on the occasion and season.
Do I need to wash the fruits before consuming them? Is the fruit washed?
Yes, we recommend washing all fruits before they are eaten. We don’t wash the fruits since washing fruit accelerates the ripening process.
How are the baskets packaged?
We take great pride in the aesthetic of our baskets, which is similar to a floral arrangement. Our baskets are dressed with a satin bow and are wrapped in color coordinated tulle fabric.
Can I include wine or champagne in a gift?
Under some circumstances, we can arrange to have wine or champagne delivered with your gift. You must telephone us to make arrangements 626-696-5329.
Can I pick up my order from Couture Baskets®?
Since our Pasadena location is a production facility only, we do not receive the public at our location.
Do you custom design baskets?
Absolutely! We will work with customers to design gifts for special events such as company events, weddings, parties, baby and bridal showers, etc.
